this episode shows Stein's words are true. when many heroes have emerged, the true heroes who selflessly help society will decrease. now hero is just a profession and there is no true hero like all might. so sad .. 😢
The end part "Free my real body"
Is referring to freeing All For One from prison.
Shigaraki is currently being controlled by All For One
So, unfortunately a TON of info was cut from season 5. ReDestro's company was making hero items, and items that could enhance a civilian's quirks. But they were also selling them on the black market to thugs and villains; you actually saw one of their products when bakugo and todoroki got their licenses. The villain group that was using them (gauntlets that shot high-pressurized water) were defeated, and the products "blew up" so that they couldn't be traced back to ReDestro's group.
Oh man I hope we get some anime only scenes of this next upcoming arc because I wish it was longer in the manga.

They were right when they said that most heroes are garbage and it shows here. Heroing is a luxury and romanticized now, very few actually care about people. The only thing that I didn't like about this Arc is that everyone in the main cast was safe while nobody truly important died.

I think mel was confused at the end when she asked what what they meant by "free my real body"; that was AFO speaking through shigaraki proclaiming they were now going to break his true body out of prison.

Most heroes are just social media influencers. They became heroes for fame and money and never thought that a massive villain attack would actually happen but now that it did, they're going to leave, they're not prepared for this type of situation. At the same time, this is the hero society All Might created as he made things way too lax and made the people too dependent on him. Now that society is on the blink of destruction, it can be rebuilt just like the league of villains always wanted as it was the current hero society that caused so many problems.
This arc is one of my favourites for sure. Let's go!
What you have to remember is that most people became heroes for less then altruistic means, during All Might’s reign.
The problem however for being a symbol the way All Might was, is that it led to expectation at best and complacency at worst.
One important detail is how even after what happened with Toga, Ochako still went out and helped the husband save his wife inside a house. You guys are going to love this part. (The OP and ED are bangerssss!!!!)

Shigaraki and Re-Destro are badass , two of my favorite character in MHA
the voice acting from those kids that uraraka and tsui saved was crazy
half the episode was a recap kinda dissapointed as a manga reader with this 1 ep but no complains as for the rest of the szn 6
Let's admit that Uraraka's saddened, painful amd hopeless face was the highlight of the episode. Good job bones
