The reason why Pucci wanted to achieve heaven is so everyone would know their future and how they die etc.
So everything in parts 1-5 still happened, only the events in part 6 were changed as Puchi didnt exist in this 3rd timeline.
Made in heaven aka horse head d*** is unstoppable even with giorno’s requiem because resetting the universe is technically not harming giorno that’s how OP it is

In Jojo, fate plays a big part in the series. The epilouge of part 5 and final half of part 6 really shows this.
Everything that happened was fated to happen but what the villains of the series who try to control fate ( the malfia boss in part 5 and Pucci in part 6) don't realize is fate will hit back HARD against those who try to control it which is why Emporio was able to defeat Pucci in the end and why Giorno completely wrecked King Crimson despite his totally BS powers

In this new universe at the end everything that happened before still happened but Pucchi no longer exists so Jotaro never had to worry about his family being hunted by DIO's second in command and got to raise Jolyne, or Irene, properly.
Jolyne's name being changed to Irene symbolizes breaking the Joestar/JoJo family curse of DIO.
Anyone can insert White Snakes discs, but Emporio wasn't fated to do so. The only one that can change fate in new universe was Pucci (as shown when he punched 2 guards who were supposed to trip over, or when he puched Qtoro Kujo). So, Emporio placed disc in front of his own face just before Pucci hit him so it would be Pucci who inserts the disc. Thats why he says "I will let you change my fate".
