Digi & May review four anime films that they randomly watched over the last month or so. Timecodes and corrections below:
0:00 – Ringing Bell – (Correction: this was actually animated by Sanrio themselves–apparently they had an animation studio.)
14:10 – Golgo 13: Queen Bee – (Correction: this movie came out in 1998. Apparently it was on my 80s movie list just because I’d initially mixed it up with the original Golgo movie.)
33:57 – 5 Star Stories (Correction: the other movie which the artist was involved with that I mentioned reading about in Newtype USA is called Gothicmade, and it DID, in fact, come out–in 2012, and has never had a home video release. The only way it’s ever been viewable is in limited theater screenings.)
54:42 – Neo-Tokyo (Correction: the last short was set in South America.)
