Golden Kamuy is anime series based on the manga of the same name. Set in the early 1900s we follow Saichi Sugimoto, a former soldier who’s put on a quest to find a mountain of gold stolen from the Ainu alongside an Ainu girl Ashirpa. The cocktail version, also called Golden Kamuy, is a frozen margarita variation topped with cherry juice to highlight the series’ setting as well as all the blood spilt over the gold so far.
Golden Kamuy (drink):
– 1.5oz/45ml Reposado Tequila
– 1oz/30ml Grand Marnier
– 1oz/30ml Lime Juice
– 0.5oz/15ml Simple Syrup
– Barspoon of Cherry Juice
Recipe:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender with ice.
2. Blend until mixed (about 40 seconds).
3. Pour directly into a coupe.
4. Top with a barspoon of cherry juice.
Simple Syrup:
– 200g/1 cup White Sugar
– 200g/1 cup Water
Recipe:
1. Add sugar and water to a saucer.
2. Simmer over low heat until the sugar has dissolved (3-5 mins).
3. Take off heat and let sit to cool for a few minutes.
4. Strain into a glass container, seal and store in the fridge. Lasts for about a month.

Instruction unclear:
Accidentally chopped it with bayonet instead of blending it
Thank you for your videos! I really feel the passion for the media you cover and the craft of Bartending. The idea with de frozen drink and the "blood" is sooo creative and fitting for Golden Kamui
hinna hinna
Anyone else bothered by how he pronounces Asripa?
That looks like a mashed potatoes with ikra.
Another perfect video. You should make an aot or Jojo cocktail
If you also read mangas, I’d recommend Dungeon Meshi. It has unique characters, great world building, and the story pacing is very similar to Golden Kamuy where serious tense moments would be mix with comedy and is executed just as good. Definitely give it a try when you can, you won’t regret it 🙂
if you're scared of CGI bears u should read the manga
Bruh….I watched/read this first before Tokyo ghoul. 💀 Bar got set too high.
