    You guys are right that Hayasaka hides her identity at school. In school no one knows she works for Kaguya and she has, like Dani said, a super trendy personality! It was a little weird that she acted similar to her fake identity when she tried to seduce Miyuki as her maid self lol

    There's proper maid Hayasaka, foreign maid Smithee A Haysaka, besotted schoolgirl Haysaka, energetic blonde Shuuchin classmate Hayasaka, & true Hayasaka, who we've only seen once in the series in this episode…oh..and ninja Hayasaka.

    Best girl has finally arrived. I love Miko, and the way she develops throughout the series makes her my favorite side character.

    I'll elaborate a bit more on what others have already mentioned about Hayasaka's many personas.

    Smithee A. Haysaka (Herthaka in some dubs/translations) is a foreign maid with a funny foreign accent who serves Kaguya and is a student at Firis Girls Academy. In this version, she pads her chest, wears different color contacts and lets her hair down. Shirogane has met this version of Hayasaka twice so far: once when he visited sick Kaguya, and again at the bookstore where she attempted to seduce him under Kaguya's command. She is proper and formal when working as a maid, but bubbly and personable outside of that (also her fake "foreign" accent is dropped).

    Then there's Gal/Gyaru Hayasaka, who is the persona she only uses while at Shuuchi'in academy. In this version, she ditches the color contacts and chest pads and styles her hair in a side ponytail. Shirogane met this version of Hayasaka in this episode, and has no idea that Gal Hayasaka and Smithee A. Haysaka are the same person. Like typical Japanese gals, she dresses fashionably and is super upbeat and friendly.

    Finally, there is the lady-in-waiting Hayasaka, who is the version of Hayasaka that only Kaguya knows and nobody else. Visually, she looks the same as Gal Hayasaka, but in a maid uniform. She is Kaguya's hyper-competent and beleaguered maid and personal attendant.

    Beneath all these personas, there is a "true" Hayasaka that will be revealed and elaborated on in the distant future. And of course, there's also a "Mr. Herthaka", which is as hilarious as it sounds and would be shown in season 3. And yes, she puts on all these fronts in order to hide from everyone the fact that she serves Kaguya.
