Wow this fast animation is crazy! Poor Natsuki! She wants a romantic relationship with him. Again, I don't like Haruki at all. She doesn't even like him from the start of the show and she wanted to turn him into the cops. The PLOT will try make him have sex with her somehow. Even though we know she doesn't like him at all.
