Doraemon: Nobita no Shin Makai Daibouken was released by SEGA in 2007 for the Nintendo DS. It is a card battle game that seems to be based on the movie of the same name.
The soundtrack for this game is so obscure, I had to tag another Doraemon DS game instead!
