The common set is composed 8-12-15.. and I don't care who you are or what you are.. the dude was just 20 recently.. and his body build is unlike most people who go to the gym consistently I fcking doubt he could do 12s of 100kg that quick! he's clearly pushing himself too much and that's a no no.. That's how people get crushed by barbells; good thing he has a spotter.

    I go to the gym, on my first month I was only pressing around 15kg since I'm a skinny @ss dude.. but that's okay.. take your time and your 15 will soon become 30 and 30 to 60 and so on.. it's called progress.. WEEBLETS! DON'T DO THIS! TAKE YOUR TIME AND THROW YOUR EGO AWAY WHEN YOU LIFT; A LOT OF PEOPLE IN THE GYM STILL HAVE THIS.. Lifting is not a race, it's something you do cuz you feel it's necessary to take care of yourself. DON'T BE AN EGO LIFTER

  11. It’s not 100 kgs tho right? He has 2 5kg plate, 1 medium sized plate which we don’t ever see the weight, and the largest is a 20kg plate. On both sides it would end up as 60kg + whatever that medium sized plates are.
