After the season 1 finale (which I’m still recovering from) I had no idea where Vinland Saga would go from there especially with how season 1 was just the prologue. This trailer gives hints while also revealing almost nothing at all. However, I love the idea of Thorfinn going out there and finding a new purpose for his life and reason and WANT to live. And there’s so many new character I’m excited to get to know! I can’t wait for season 2! Hope you enjoy!

There wont be much action in this arc, but the character development that Torfinn goes trough is peak stuff

A lot will be happening for sure lol many will warn you that there isn’t much action which is somewhat true. However some of the best fights/battles will happen in in season 2 or 3 depending on how much of the the manga they cover. There will definitely be a lot of character development especially for thorfinn.
I'm not gonna say anything, but that long-haired blonde boy is Thorfinn.
That translation was just bad, a lot of sentences were just straight wrong!
As a manga reader this arc which is about to come is some of the best one’s i’ve read in terms of storytelling and character development. I’ve hardly felt this much emotion for a fictional character than for Thorfinn in this arc/story. Can’t wait for it to be animated, and great reaction btw!!
I suggest looking at another trailer with better caption off camera, this was poorly translated. But I’m glad u made it through season 1 and not dropping it!.
I think the other guy with a crown and brown hair is Canute's brother Harold. If he is, then he looks a little bit different than what he looked like in the manga. I'm pretty sure you see him in the trailer in the shot with Ragnar and Canute from the past.
