Yeah i figured it be about environmentalism. This is "princess mononoke" but lamer. Show your kids that movie the message is way more powerful there then here

Agree with so many other commenters, this is an OUTSTANDING anime. Great story, great visual design, great characters, even great music, it's the whole deal. A true hidden gem, my only disappointment with it is it's not being talked about more.
