みなさん、あらためましてこの度は、たくさんのお祝いメッセージ、本当にありがとうございました‼やっと少しだけ、バタバタが落ち着いたので、少しだけ誕生日レポをさせていただきたいと思いまぁす‼誕生日の少し前から、スタッフのモス(@mosskitayama)が、やたらとら僕といる時に、外で長電話をしたりしていて、仕事かなと思いきや、ハワイの友人や、キャプテンからも誕生日の週辺りのスケジュールを探ってきたりして、なんだか周りがソワソワし始めて、”あっ、これなんかあるな…。” とは思っていました（笑）そして、誕生日にハワイのとある別荘に招かれ、行ってみると、そこには僕の大好きな、キャプテンが40年続けているハワイの伝説的なバンド、”カラパナ”というバンドメンバーが集結してくれていました‼ボーカルのマラニだけ、体調不良で来れませんでしたが、代わりに来て歌ってくれたのが、なんと今カラパナのサポートしてる、ブルーノマーズのおじさんのジョニー‼（笑）ブルーノが小さい頃、ブルーノに音楽を教えた張本人です‼
その日、ハワイでは珍しく、夕方までどしゃ降りの雨でしたが、ウソの様に夕方のサンセットと共に晴れ渡りまして、最高のロケーションになりました。
そして、いつもお世話になっている知り合いの方々や、ハワイのボディービルライトヘビー級チャンピオン、Shin Kodamaさん(@hit_shin )、そしてハワイで10年以上マッサージしてくれているRyutaさん(@bodymassagehawaii )。そして、アナザースカイでRyutaさんの子供のサラとハクにトマトをあげてくれてたBlake Akira(@blakehiguchi )、(意味のわからない涙を流した僕でしたが…。笑）などなど、たくさんのハワイの知人が駆けつけてくれて、カラパナのライブを鑑賞しました‼ 続く…
Everyone, thank you very much for such great messages for my birthday! Things have calmed down now so let me share how my day was.
A few days before my birthday, I noticed that Moss, one of my staff was often having long phone conversations outside.
I thought maybe it was for work, but then my friends in Hawaii and Captain also started asking about my birthday week so I knew something was up. (lol)
Then on my birthday we went to a huge villa and they were all there! All the members of the group I love – the traditional Hawaiian music group – Kalapana! This is the band that Captain has been in for 40 years! Only Malani, couldn’t make it because he’s unwell but instead Bruno Mars’ uncle came to sing! Thanks Johnny! Jonny taught music to Bruno Mars when he was still a kid!
Although it is rare in Hawaii, it was raining very hard in the afternoon, but along with the sunset, the skies completely cleared up! It was absolutely beautiful!
Loads of other people, friends and people I met in Hawaii came as well. For example the Hawaiian heavy weight body building champion, Shin Kodama san. Ryuta san, who has been giving the best massages in Hawaii for the last decade. Blake Akira, who was feeding Sara and Haku (Ryuta’s kids)tomatoes during the Another Sky shooting.(Don’t know why but watching that scene I had tears in my eyes for some reason… lol) We all enjoyed Kalapana’s show.
