Today was my last day at the place where I have spent my last five years striving and struggling for a deeper understanding of Japanese Gardening. Although I know I have gained much from these years, I leave with more questions, curiosity and passion for this trade than I had when I came. From now on I will further hone my skills and start a new chapter of my life. These years have been physically and mentally tough but I am ever grateful towards my Oyakata; my master for teaching me everything he knows.
