Naomi Osaka has split from ‘THE COACH’ Patrick Mouratoglou after less than a year. The partnership did not prove fruitful for Naomi who only won a WTA 125 title on the circuit below the main tour level in France earlier this year. The former World Number 1 and 4 time grand slam champion has struggled for form and consistency since returning to the tour last year and has not made it back to the top of the rankings. The move to work with Mouratoglou came as Naomi said she wanted to have no regrets in tennis but it seems like the pressure of working with Serena Williams’ former coach took its tole on Naomi as she talked about feeling like she let down her coach as she didn’t live up to the greats he had coached previously.
