For me, I feel most creative when I’m tidy. I can focus on the materials directly before me and think more deeply about the connections between them. When I have books and materials from past projects mixed with what I’m working on right now, it becomes more difficult to realize what’s relevant and important. Maybe there can be an argument made for more crossovers between different ideas but, for me, my ability to create comes from considering depth over breadth. | “Some days you want to spend all day out, some days you just wanna stay home and sort our your sewing kits” via @huvtsasburhan #sparkjoy #konmari #konmarimethod #creative #space #tidy #organized #sewing
