How to make traditional aioli
1、smash garlic to a peste
2、add egg yolk
3、whisk light olive oil (1 cup per 1 yolk)slowly at beginning
4、add pinch of salt
5、add little bit lemon juice to taste
6、loosen with a little bit of water
