I have taken some time to reflect, listen and learn the past couple weeks. I believe that everyone deserves to live a life that sparks joy – to feel safe, seen and celebrated – no matter their skin color. Black lives matter, and we all have a role in the work of anti-racism and a responsibility to educate ourselves. I hope that we can love and support one another in this process.
